To request an update on a payment that has been submitted for your approval, you should follow these steps:

1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Navigate to the "Payments" section on the left sidebar menu.

3. Click on the "Needs approval" tab to filter all payments that need approval. Click on the Payment to open it. 

4. Click on the "Notes" tab.

5. Start typing "@" to search and tag for the user you would like to request an update from. You can tag more than one user, if you want an update from multiple users.

6. Enter details of the request. Click on the "Send" button. 

7. An email notification will be sent to the tagged user with details from the notes of the requested update.
