When creating a physical card, users can enter one of the following addresses for delivery:

1. Company Address: This is the default option and will use the registered business address associated with the OFX account.

2. Different Address: Users have the option to specify an alternative address where they would like the card to be sent. This could include:

• A home address

• Any other valid mailing address

NOTE: The address details MUST be 100% correct, otherwise you will not get your card. 

To enter a different address, follow these steps:

1. During the card creation process, select “Different Address” when prompted. Refer to the following article for details on how to create a physical card: How does a user create a physical card? 

a. On Step 9 of the above article, Click on "Different address" to select a different address:

b. You can start typing address, or enter it manually. Enter the complete address details, including street number, street name, city, state, and postcode .

c. Ensure that all information is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Is it strongly advised against entering a temporary location (e.g. during travel), given it takes 10+ business days to arrive domestically.
