Next Steps

1. Login to your OFX account and navigate to Payments, Batch in the left sidebar menu.

2. Select Australia Only if local Australia Payment.

3. Prepare your payment data according to the direct entry file specifications. The template could be download using Download CSV template button.

3. Populate the csv file with the payment data using your accounting or third party systems. This includes

1. beneficiary details BSB, Account Number

2. payment amount

3. payment date, in YYYY-MM-DD format.

4. Select Upload CSV

5. After upload, a summary of payment summary is displayed.

6. You can optionally Group by beneficiary, this merges the payment where beneficiary details are the same. This reduces the number of transactions.

7. Select Go to confirmation, review the number of payment and the total payment amount. Select Confirm.

8. Under Payment, All tab check your payment transactions.
