1. Log in to the OFX platform
2. On the sidebar menu, select Payments
3. Locate the payment by using filters or the search bar
4. Click on the payment to open the summary
5. Click Cancel Payment
   
6. Click Accept Cost and Cancel
7. A confirmation of the cancelled payment will present
8. Click Done to close the window and return to the Payment Dashboard
   

Note: once a payment has proceeded into "Processing" status, the banking provider we use to send your payment has received instruction to send it out and you will no longer be able to cancel it as per the workflow above.
