You cannot assign higher-level access than your own.Next Steps:To edit another team member’s permissions, follow these steps:Log into your OFX account using your administrator credentials.Navigate to the Team section: On the sidebar menu, select Team.Find the user: Use the search bar to locate the team member whose permissions you want to edit.Edit permissions: Click the tick boxes to add or remove specific permissions for the user. You can assign a pre-configured role (such as Employee, Approver, Viewer, etc.) or create a custom role by selecting only the permissions you want the user to have.Save changes: Click Save to apply the updated permissions.After saving, the user’s permissions will be updated immediately. A confirmation message will appear.
