InformationDetailsThe Policy Enforcer is an intelligent feature designed to streamline your expense approval process. It automatically reviews submitted expenses against your company's policies and provides smart recommendations to help you make faster, more consistent approval decisions. This feature is available for companies using the Full Suite with Expenses + Approvals enabled.Before you enable the Policy Enforcer, ensure you have:Full Suite Plan enabled on your accountCompany Manage permission on your user to configure the Agent Next StepsTo enable the Policy Enforcer, follow these steps:Log into your OFX account.Navigate to AI Workflows from the left sidebar (under the CONTROL HUB section).On the Approver, click Configure agent settings.On Approver Settings, select Settings tab.Toggle Enable the Approve agent switch to On.Once enabled, the Approver Agent will automatically begin reviewing new expense submissions against your uploaded policy.To disable the Policy Enforcer:Toggle the Enable the Approver agent switch to Off.The feature will be deactivated immediately, and no further recommendations will be provided.Note: The Approver Agent provides recommendations only; you retain full control over all approval decisions.Why is this importantThe Policy Enforcer helps your business maintain stronger alignment with internal policies whilst reducing the manual burden on approvers.
