InformationDetailsTo ensure your account remains secure, we have introduced a new authentication step for whenever you log in from a browser or device we haven’t seen before. Before you log in on a new device or browser, ensure you have access to your registered email account.Next StepsTo complete your login on a new device or browser, follow these steps:Log into your OFX account: Enter your username and password on the login page.Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enter your standard MFA code (e.g., SMS or authenticator app) when prompted.Click on Send me an email. Check your email: You will receive an email from OFX containing a single-use Email Verification link (also known as a magic link).Verify your session: Open the email. Click on Verify device.Note: You must open this link within the same browser session you are using to log in. Opening the link on a different device or a different browser (e.g., clicking the link on your phone when trying to log in on your laptop) will cause the verification to fail.Confirmation: Once verified, you will be redirected to your Dashboard. Why is this importantThis additional security layer helps protect your account against sophisticated phishing and hacking attempts. By binding the login to a specific email verification link that must be opened in the same browser, we ensure that only you can access your account, even if your login credentials have been compromised.Related FAQ ArticlesHow do I reset my password?TitleI'm logging in on a new device/browser — what should I expect?URL Namekb-3804987407-i-m-logging-in-on-a-new-device-browser-what-should-i-expect
