Unlock your card using the mobile app

  1. Log on securely to the mobile app

  2. Click on the Card icon at the bottom of the screen

  3. Locate and select the card

  4. Click on Unlock on the virtual card

Your card is now unlocked.

 

Using the web app

  1. Log on securely to the web app

  2. Click on Cards tab

  3. Click on Your card, in the dropdown menu for Cards

  4. Locate the card

  5. Click on Unlock on the virtual card
