You cannot directly change the email address linked to your OFX account. Instead, you need to create a new user account using your new email address and assign the appropriate permissions. Once the new account is active and accessible, you can delete the old email address from your account.

1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Send an invitation to your new email address. Refer to How do I add a user? . Ensure to replicate the same permissions for the invited user.

3. Confirm you can log in using the new email address.

4. My email has changed, how do I update it? To remove the old email address, go to the Team section. Note: You must have the “User - Edit permissions and delete” permission.

5. Find the user with the old email address, click the three dots, then select “Remove user.”
