Forgot your PIN? You can easily and securely view your assigned PIN at any time by navigating to "Card PIN" under your card details in the OFX Business mobile app or online platform.

Compromised PIN? If you believe your PIN has been exposed, please contact our 24/7 help line immediately. We will secure your account and order a replacement card for you.

Update virtual card PIN

1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Navigate to the “Cards” section in the navigation menu on the left.

3. Select the "Your cards" option under the "Cards" menu. 

3. Locate the specific card for which you want to update the PIN.

4. Click on "Other" to view other menu options. 

5. Select and click on the "Card PIN" option. 

6. Enter the new Card pin under the field labelled "New PIN."

7. Click on "Save changes" to save the new pin to the card.

8. A confirmation message is presented showing that the card pin has been successfully updated.

Look for an option labelled “Change PIN” or similar within the card details page.
