InformationDetailsWhen registering or onboarding a business in OFX, you may need to assign a delegated authority, someone authorised to act on behalf of the company. Here’s how you can do this:Next Steps: With reference to How do I register a new company in OFX after signing up? and to assign a delegate authority during onboarding, follow these steps:Assign your delegated authority:After entering UBO/Director details, you will reach the Business Authorisation page. And here, you can assign who will have authority to act for the business.You are provided with an option to choose your delegated authority. Select a person already listed as a UBO or Director from the dropdown. Enter the selected person’s email address. Click Next step to proceed. If the person is not listed as a UBO or Director from the dropdown.You can nominate yourself or another individual not already listed. Nominate yourself as a delegated authority. Click Next step to proceed.Alternatively, Nominate someone else as a delegated authority. Enter the name and email of the person you wish to nominate. Click Next step to proceed. Confirm your assigned delegated authority on the Next step.
