Card Manage Permission

The Cards Manage permission is a feature within the platform that enables users to oversee, facilitate, and configure card-related functions associated with users. This permission is essential for managing both physical and virtual cards issued to employees and ensuring proper oversight of card transactions.

Key Capabilities

1. Create Cards:

   • Users with the Cards Manage permission can issue new cards for employees, including both virtual and physical cards. 

2. View Card Details:

   • Users can access detailed information about all cards issued, including cardholder names, card limits, and transaction history. This visibility supports effective monitoring of card usage.
     Note:  Card viewers do not have access to view other users card details

3. Lock or Unlock Cards:

   • Users have the authority to lock or unlock cards as needed. This function is crucial for maintaining security in case of lost or stolen cards.

4. Cancel Cards:

   • Users can cancel cards that are no longer needed or if there are security concerns. 

5. Modify Card :

   • Users can update the spending limits and budgets to individual cards. 

6. Monitor Transactions:

   • Users can review all transactions associated with each card.

7. Audit Trail Monitoring:

   • Users can track and monitor the audit trail for changes made to card management activities.

8. Search and Filter Cards:

   • Users can search for specific cards using various criteria and filter results based on status (e.g., active, locked, or canceled). This functionality streamlines the management of multiple cards.
