InformationDetailsThe Verifier is an AI-powered risk detection workflow within the platform that automatically analyses your transactions, beneficiaries, and bills for potential risks. This intelligent system helps protect your business by identifying suspicious patterns, duplicate entries, and other financial anomalies in real time.The Verifier continuously monitors your financial activities and maintains a comprehensive history of all checks performed. It provides insights into the number of workflow checks conducted and risks identified, helping you maintain visibility over your account's security posture.How to access Verifier insightsLog into your OFX account.Navigate to the AI Workflows in the left navigation.Review the Verifier panel, which displays:Total number of checks conducted (all time)Total number of risks identified (all time)Select Configure workflow settingsUnder Verifier settings, ensure the Enable the Billing Verifier is turned onClick on the History tab to view detailed records of all checks performed, including:Date of checkType of issue detected (e.g., "Potential issues detected", "Potential bill duplicates found")Risk level assigned (Medium Concern or High Concern)Details of the flagged transaction or billFor each flagged item, review the details to understand the nature of the concern and determine whether further action is required. Click Show details to view the detailed issue. When a potential issue is flagged, the Verifier tries to provide:Reference to the original bill (by bill ID)Date of the original billAmount of the original billRisk classificationBill statusInvoice numberInvoice due dateClick on Go to Bill, navigates you to the Bill record with the potential issue.Verifier insight on BillsNavigate to Bills on the left side bar.In the Bills list view, see bills with potential verification issues. The Verifier icon appears in red.Click a bill to view verification details. Select Verifier tab.
