Creating a new accounting client is a straightforward process designed to help advisors onboard clients efficiently.

1. Log into you OFX account.

2. Navigate to the Clients in the left sidebar.

3. Click Add Client button, select Create a new accounting client

4. Complete the KYB information, including details about directors and ultimate beneficial owners. Select Start Onboarding button.

4. Fill out all the steps - Business details, Know your business, Controllers and Shareholders, Business authorisation, User details, Supporting docs. You will be presented with following page, select Go to OFX.

5. You will be redirect to the business account portal, notice the status.

6.  The advisor will be the Owner/Primary User of the account once it is set up. If they wish to transfer this ownership to the client they can do it using Setup > Account > Account Owner.

7. On the Advisor Console, under Onboarding tab the client will be displayed.
