1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Navigate to the “Cards” section in the navigation menu on the left.

3. Locate the specific card you wish to review from the list of available cards.

4. Click on the card to open its details page.

5. Click on the "Other" option on the card to view other card menu options. 

5. Look for an option labelled “History.” Click on it to open the card history. 

6. A log is displayed with all updates and changes made to the card, including:

• • Date and time of each change.

  • Description of the change (e.g., activation, locking).

  • User who made the change.
