If your Global Business Account balance reaches -$1,000 USD or more, your account access will be automatically restricted to prevent further overdrawing. While your account is blocked, a notification banner will appear on your screen, and you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your account.

To successfully restore access, please ensure the following:

• Account Balance: Your total account balance must be brought back to a positive standing ($0.00 or above).

• Funding Method: You must use currency conversions within your existing balances or bank-push funding (sending funds from your external bank to OFX) to rectify the balance. Direct debits cannot be used to clear an overdraft block.

To restore your account access, follow these steps:

1. Log into your OFX account: Access your account to view the current outstanding balance.

2. Review your Balances: Identify which currency accounts are overdrawn.

3. Fund your Account:
   a. Currency Conversion: If you have sufficient funds in another currency, perform a conversion to the overdrawn currency account.
   b. Bank-Push Funding: Initiate a transfer from your external bank account to your OFX currency account details.

4. Automatic System Check: Once your balance is positive, our system performs an automatic check every evening.

5. Confirmation: After the nightly system check confirms your balance is positive, the block will be lifted automatically, and full functionality will be restored to your account.
