Complete the payment form with the required details (Funding method, pay date, budget, order type, reference, reason, and amount). 6. Click “Continue”. 7. Review the payment details on the "Confirm payment" screen. Click on "Upload file" to attach supporting documentation (such as an invoice) for the payment. 8. Once all the details on the "Confirm payment" screen have been reviewed, and the user is satisfied, click on "Submit for approval" to complete. The payment is submitted for approval. The approval of the payment will be based on the payment policy.
