Note: Ensure that a beneficiary has been created before proceeding with the below steps. How do I create a recipient?

1. Log into the your OFX account.

2. Click on the Expense tab, on the sidebar menu

3. Click on + Create expense 
   

   

    

4. Click, Select file and upload the receipt 
   

   

    

5. Open the expense, and the draft expense is available under Open
   

   

    

6. Enter expense details as prompt, then select expense type as Out-of-Pocket (Reimbursement required)
   

   

    

7. Select the user to be reimbursed
   

   

    

8. Click save and Submit for approval
