After completing the onboarding process, your details will be reviewed by the OFX Onboarding team.Pre-requisites:Before you begin, make sure you have the following information and documents ready:A valid business number that matches your country and business entity type. (Please reference below for required business number)Country / RegionBusiness number typeAustraliaAll entity types: ABN (Australian Business Number) / ACN (Australian Company Number)United StatesSole Trader: Social Security NumberAll other entity types: EIN (Employer Identification Number)United KingdomPrivate Company Pty / Ltd: Business Registration NumberSole Trader, Partnership / LP / LLP, Trust, Public Company: UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference)Non-Profit / Charity: Charity Registration NumberCompany details including legal name, registered and trading addresses, and KYB information.Identification documents for directors, controllers, and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs).Supporting business documents as requested during registration (e.g., registration certificate, incorporation documents).Next Steps:Log into your OFX account.Go to the OFX page at https://www.ofx.com/ and log-in (To create a company account, you should have already signed-up).Register a new company:On your existing account, click on “Create another account“.
