You can easily download a payment confirmation.

1. Log into the online platform
2. On the sidebar menu, select Payments
3. Locate your payment in the Done status
4. Click on the payment to open the payment summary
5. Click Download Confirmation
6. Find a copy of the payment confirmation in the files you downloaded on your device.
