You can easily update which advisors have access to a client’s account by using the Client Page on your Advisor portal. This allows you to control permissions efficiently and ensure that only authorized advisors can view or manage client information.

Next Steps

1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Navigate to the Clients menu in the left sidebar.

   

3. Click 3 dots on the desired client. Then select Edit access to clients.

   

4. A side panel opens, review the list of advisors linked to the client.

   

5. Use the toggle switch beside each advisor’s name to enable or disable access.

   

6. Confirm changes and select Save changes button.

7. A confirmation message will be displayed and the adviser will be provided access.
