To successfully complete a payment, the following fields must be filled out on the payment form:

• Recipient Details: Include the beneficiary’s name

• Pay Date: Specify the date on which the payment should be processed.

• Funding Method: Select how you wish to fund the transaction (e.g., bank transfer, credit card).

• Amount: Enter either the You send or Recipient get amount the other is calculated based on the rate and payment fees.

• Budget: Select budget category configured for your account.

• Reference: Provide a reference number or description related to the payment.

• Payment Reason: Indicate the reason for the payment.

Next Steps
To complete your payment form, follow these steps:

1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Select “Payments” from the left sidebar menu.

3. Click on “+ Create payment” at the top right corner.

4. Fill in all required fields: Recipient Details, Pay Date, Funding Method, Amount, Budget, Payment Reason, and Reference. 

5. Unless you provide all the mandatory field the Continue button will be disabled.

   

7. When all the mandatory detail for the payment are provided then the Continue button is enabled and you can proceed with creating the payment.
