Your password must:

• Be at least 8 characters long.

• Include at least:

  • One lowercase letter (a-z).

  • One uppercase letter (A-Z).

  • One number (0-9).

  • One special character, for example: ! @ # $ % ^ & *.

Your password must not contain:

• Your username.

• Your first name.

• Your last name.

Common & restricted passwords

For additional security:

• Commonly used passwords are blocked.

• Passwords containing restricted or insecure patterns may be rejected.

Password expiry & history

To maintain account security:

• You cannot reuse your last 10 passwords.

Account lockout protection

Your account will be temporarily locked after:

• 5 unsuccessful login attempts.

If your account is locked, it will automatically unlock after 60 minutes.
