To begin, log into your OFX account. Navigate to Setup > Integrations. From there, select the option “Connect to QuickBooks Online” and follow the on-screen prompts.

You will be asked to sign in to your QuickBooks Online account and choose the specific company you wish to connect. Once completed, your OFX account and QuickBooks Online company will be linked, enabling you to export transactions and manage your accounting data seamlessly.

Here are the steps:

1. Login to your OFX account. 

2. Navigate to "Setup" > "Integrations" in your OFX account.

3. Click on "Connect" under the "INTUIT QuickBooks Online" section. 

4. Click “Connect” under Sync expenses and bills with QuickBooks Online

5. Click “Connect to QuickBooks Online.”

5. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account when prompted. Enter your "Email or user ID" and click on "Sign in" to continue.

6. Enter the "Password". Click "Continue".

7. Select how to verify your identity. Pick one of the options. 

8. Enter the "Verification code". Click on "Continue".

9. Click on "Connect" to confirm the connection and to start exporting your transactions.

You will be returned to your OFX account. The connection will be confirmed under the Integrations tab. 

 Next Steps to map your Global Business Accounts to your QuickBooks Online Chart of Accounts:

1. After connecting to QuickBooks Online you should be redirected back to the set up page. If not, Navigate to "Setup" > "Integrations" in your OFX account

2. Click on “Setting” > “Sync expenses and bills with QuickBooks Online”
   

   

3. Choose the which QuickBooks Online Account should be mapped to which OFX Global Currency Account. Only the correct currency accounts will be available in the dropdowns to select from
   

   

4. Click Save
