To create a physical card, follow these steps:

1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Navigate to the “Cards” section in the navigation menu on the left.

3. Click the “Create card +” button located at the top right of your screen.

4. Select “Employee card” from the options presented.

5. Select the "Cardholder". 

6. Select the "Physical employee card" option. 

7. If you're on a Business Plus or Configure  (paid) Subscription Plan, select the budget the card will be assigned to. 

8. If you're on the "Business" (free) Subscription plan, complete the following steps:

a. Enter the "Card limit amount". 

b. Select the "Card limit type" and the "Recurring period".

9. If you have selected the "Physical employee card" option, you will need to provide the "Company address". Review all entered information and click “Next” to finalize the setup.

10. Click on "Order card". 

11. You will be prompted to enter a security code sent to your registered mobile number.

12. Enter the code to verify your identity and complete the card creation process.

    

13. Click on Order card, once MFA is successfully completed, you’ll see a confirmation message that your new card has been created. If the MFA code is not entered correctly, you will be prompted to try again. 

    

14. Confirmation: After successful MFA verification, your changes will be saved. Once you’ve completed MFA for a new physical card, they will not need to do so again for 5 minutes or until log out. (If you do not receive a code or have issues with your mobile number, contact OFX support for assistance.)
