Please note, you cannot update a PIN for both physical and virtual cards. Please contact OFX if you need to update your PIN.

Forgot your PIN? You can easily and securely view your assigned PIN at any time by navigating to "PIN" under your card details in the OFX Business mobile app or online platform.

Compromised PIN? If you believe your PIN has been exposed, please contact our 24/7 help line immediately. We will secure your account and order a replacement card for you.

View card PIN

1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Navigate to the “Cards” section in the navigation menu on the left.

3. Select the "Your cards" option under the "Cards" menu. 

3. Locate the specific card for which you want to view the PIN.

4. Click on the "PIN" option.  

6. Your card PIN will be displayed
