You can view your invoice in the Billing page available at the start of your billing cycle. Typically the billing cycle starts once free trial period ends.

Next Steps

1. Complete Your Free Trial:

   • Your first invoice will be generated on the first day after your free trial ends.

2. Check Your Billing Cycle:

   • Log into your OFX account.

   • Go to Setup > Billingto view your billing cycle date.

     

   • View Billing Cycle Date in the Estimated amount due on [Date] field. Your subscription invoice will be issued on the date indicated.

     

   • Alternatively: You can view your billing period details in the Billing Period field, as shown in the screenshot below. Your subscription invoice will be issued on the first day of each billing cycle

     

3. Payment Due:

   • The invoice amount is due immediately upon issuance.

   • OFX will attempt to charge your designated payment method once every day until payment is successful.

4. Confirmation:

   • Once payment is received, your subscription remains active.

   • If payment fails, you will receive reminders and OFX will continue to attempt payment daily.

5. Follow-Up Actions:

   • Ensure your payment method is up to date to avoid service disruption.

   • If you have questions about your invoice or payment status, contact OFX support.
