Details

To check when a direct debit will be deposited, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your OFX account.

  2. Navigate to "Accounts".  

  1. Click on "Account actions" and then "Deposit funds". 

  1. Select the "Direct debit" tab under the "Fund your account" page. 

5. Select "Direct Debit Activity" tab to view scheduled direct debits. A list of scheduled direct debits will be displayed showing the expected deposit or settlement date.

NOTE: The following applies to North American customers:

  • Direct debit funds requested under a three-day limit will appear in the Global Business Account 3 business days after the direct debit is processed.
