InformationDetailsYou can order (sort) your expenses by date or category in OFX to help you quickly review, manage, and report on your transactions. This feature is available within the Expenses section, allowing you to sort expenses by fields such as Date settled, Uploaded date, Last updated by, and Merchant name. You cannot order expenses by Category.Next Steps:To order your expenses by date or category, follow these steps:Log into your OFX account.Navigate to the Expenses tab in the sidebar menu.Sort your expenses:At the top of the expenses list, you will see column headers such as Date settled, Uploaded date, Merchant name, and Last updated by.Click on the relevant column header (Date settled or Category) to sort the expenses in ascending or descending order.The list will automatically reorder based on your selection.Review the sorted list:The expenses will now be displayed in the order you selected, making it easier to find and manage specific transactions.Why is this important:Ordering expenses by date or category helps you efficiently track spending, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with your business or audit requirements.
