When onboarding with OFX, it’s important to keep track of your progress. You can monitor your onboarding status and outstanding actions directly within the platform.

Before you begin, make sure that:

• You’ve already Signed up.

• You’ve registered a new company .

To check your onboarding status, follow these steps:

1. Log into your OFX account:

   • Go to https://www.ofx.com/ and log in with your credentials.

2. Check your onboarding status:

   • Navigate to Setup > Account

     

   • On the Account page you will see the current onboarding status of the company.
