InformationDetailsWhen you use incognito or private browsing mode, your browser does not store data from your session, such as cookies or site history, once the window is closed. Because of this, our system will treat every incognito session as a login from a "new" browser for security purposes. To help protect your account from hacking and phishing attempts, you will be asked to complete an additional email authentication step each time you log in using an incognito or private window. Why is this important:This security measure is part of our commitment to keeping your money and data safe. By requiring email verification for incognito sessions, we ensure that even if someone has your password and access to your multi-factor authentication (MFA), they cannot access your account without also having access to your registered email address. This extra layer of protection is vital for identifying and preventing unauthorised access attempts.Related FAQ Articles:I'm logging in on a new device/browser — what should I expect?
