InformationDetailsOFX's Export Data feature lets you download your Transactions, Expenses, and Bills data in a structured file format, ready for import into your accounting software. When exporting, you select your accounting provider, which determines the columns and data structure of the exported file — so your data is ready to import without manual reformatting.Before you export data, ensure you have:Permission to view and export financial data (typically available to account administrators or users with the relevant access rights).The relevant data available in your account (Transactions, Expenses, or Bills).Exporting TransactionsTo export your transaction history, follow these steps:Log into your OFX account and navigate to the Accounts section from the left-hand sidebar.Select the currency account you wish to export, or choose All Accounts to export transactions across all wallets at once.Click the Export button to open the export panel.Displays the Export data - Transactions.Select your accounting provider from the available options:a. NetSuite — Exports an enriched 11-column format including Event, Transaction, Counterparty, Transaction ID, Linked Transaction ID, Account, Exchange Rate, Currency, Running Balance, Amount, and Date.b.
