You can export your Forward contracts directly from the OFX platform as a CSV file — making it easy to use your forward data in spreadsheets, accounting tools, or for your own records.

What you need to know

• The CSV export captures your current, live forward positions — it is a real-time snapshot.

• The export is filter-aware: only the forwards visible under your current tab or filter selection will be included in the download.

• Historical point-in-time exports are not supported — the CSV always reflects the current state of your forwards.

How to download your Forwards as a CSV

1. Log in to your OFX Business Account.

2. Navigate to Forwards in the left-hand menu.

   

3. Apply any filters you need — for example, select the Scheduled tab to export only your open (active) forwards.

   

4. Click the Download CSV button in the top-right area of the Forwards table.

   

5. The file will download automatically to your device.

What's included in the CSV?

The exported file includes key details for each forward contract, such as:

• Status

• Forward Type

• Forward Date

• Exchange Rate

• Amount You Pay

• Amount You Get

• Deposit Required

• Additional Deposit

• Drawdown information

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I export all my forwards at once? Yes — simply ensure no filters are applied before clicking Download CSV to export all visible forwards.

Can I export forwards from a specific date in the past? No. The CSV export reflects the current live state of your forwards only. Historical point-in-time exports are not available.

What format is the file in? The file downloads as a standard CSV (.csv) file, which can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
