To get an FX Quote 

1. Log in to the online platform.
2. Locate the Get a Quote widget.
3. Select Send to Recipient to retrieve a quote for a payment.
4. Select the Order type: Fixed or Spot.
5. Enter relevant details, such as the amount you wish to pay, the currencies involved, and the pay date.
6. Review your rate.
7. Create your payment to lock in the rate. 

Note : Exchange Rates

A.   When you give us an Instruction, we will provide you with a quote for an indicative exchange rate that may apply to your Transaction. The exchange rate we quote is not the same as the market exchange rate, and is not guaranteed until the Transaction is confirmed as rates can, and do change frequently. The exchange rate that applies to your Transaction will be listed on the Deal Confirmation email you receive.

B.   We do not enter into any kind of set-off arrangements that would allow you to receive or pay only the amount of any gain or loss you may have made as the result of exchange rate movements when a Transaction completes.

To get a conversion quote between your own currency accounts

1. Log in to the OFX platform.
2. Locate the Get a Quote widget.
3. Select Convert & Hold to retrieve a quote for a transfer.
4. Select the Order type: Fixed or Spot.
5. Enter relevant details, such as the amount you wish to convert, the currencies involved, and the conversion date. 
6. Review your rate.
7. Convert your balance to lock in the rate.
