Drafts The payment has been uploaded (either by email-in or a file upload) but has not been processed. We recommend reviewing and making the necessary updates before scheduling your payment. Needs Approval Optional only if a payment is linked to an approval policy. Payments requiring one or more approvers’ attention will need to authorise the approval before moving from Needs Approval into Scheduled. If not applicable, the payment will automatically move to the scheduled status. Scheduled The payment will be processed and released to the recipient on the scheduled payment date. This is subject to funds being in the wallet and the payment being approved. Awaiting Funds If the pay date arrives and there are no funds available, the payment(s) will move into this status and remain until the funds become available. If the payment includes an FX conversion, the payment will be cancelled after 2 business days. In-flight The payment is being processed and will be released to the recipient’s bank shortly. If a same-day payment is scheduled, it will appear' in-flight’ once approved if there are enough funds in the currency wallet. Failed There was an unsuccessful attempt to process the payment. We recommend verifying the account details used before reprocessing. If you are unsure and may require further information, please reach out to business@ofx.com. Done The payment is released to the recipient bank. Please note this may mean that the funds have arrived at the recipient’s bank, but they may have not yet been allocated to the recipient’s bank account.
