You can monitor the status of your clients’ onboarding through the Onboarding Tab in the Advisor Console. This tab provides visibility of clients with approved relationships who have not yet completed onboarding. You can view outstanding documents, review statuses, and quickly enter client accounts to action any outstanding document requests or follow-ups needed to complete the onboarding process.

Currently, the Advisor Console does not support direct tracking of specific outstanding documents during the onboarding process. However, you can monitor the overall onboarding status and identify clients who have not completed onboarding via the Onboarding Tab on your Advisor console.  

Why is this page important?
Monitoring onboarding status helps ensure that clients complete all necessary steps promptly, reducing delays and improving compliance. It enables proactive management of client relationships and supports timely activation of accounts.

Next Steps:

1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Navigate to the "Clients" option on the side bar.

   

3. Select ‘Onboarding’ tab.

   

4. Review the list of clients currently in the onboarding process. 

5. You can provide yourself, or another user How can I edit client access for advisors from the Client Page? the business account. Once the access is provided, you/the user can "enter" the business account.

   

6. After selecting 'Enter', you will be redirected to the business account. You will be able to view the Onboarding progress on the business account dashboard. You can select 'Start business verification' to continue the onboarding status.
