You can have up to four bank accounts connected with OFX for direct debit purposes at any time. If you wish to change the bank account linked to your direct debit, you can delete an existing account and replace it with a new one on the platform.

Limiting direct debit to a single bank account helps protect your funds and ensures that all direct debit transactions are processed securely from your nominated account. This also helps prevent confusion or errors in payment processing and makes it easier to manage and track your funding sources.

Accessing your direct debit account list:

The fastest way is to navigate to ‘Add Funds’ on the top right from the Dashboard.

This will take you straight to your direct debit account list.
