While onboarding with OFX, it’s important to keep track of your progress so you know which steps you’ve completed and what’s still outstanding. While OFX does not currently provide a downloadable or interactive checklist, you can monitor your onboarding status and outstanding actions directly within the platform.

Before you begin, make sure that:

• You’ve already Signed up.

• You’ve registered a new company .

Next Steps:

To track your onboarding progress, follow these steps:

1. Log into your OFX account:

   • Go to https://www.ofx.com/ and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the dashboard:

   1. On the dashboard, you will see the onboarding pages that you have not completed yet.

      

      • To continue on the onboarding, click the button on the first step displayed in the Verify Your Business section.

      • Every completed step on the onboarding journey will be removed from this section.

Why is this important:

Tracking your onboarding progress ensures you complete all required steps efficiently, reducing delays and helping you get up and running with OFX as quickly as possible. Staying on top of outstanding actions also helps you remain compliant with regulatory requirements and avoids unnecessary follow-ups from the onboarding team.
