How do I view subscription status?

You can easily check the status of your subscription, including your current plan, renewal date, and invoice history, directly from your OFX account. Before you begin, make sure you have the Billing Manage permission enabled on your profile. This permission is required to access and view all subscription and billing details.

1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Navigate to the Setup section:

   • Click on Setup from the left sidebar menu.

3. Select the Billing tab:

   • Click on Billing to open your subscription details.
