Before you manage your subscription billing cycle, ensure you have the Billing Manage permission enabled on your profile. This permission is required to access and update all subscription and billing details.

• You must have the Billing Manage permission to view or request changes to your billing cycle and renewal dates.

• Your account must have an active subscription and a valid payment method on file.

To view your billing cycle and renewal dates:

1. Log into your OFX account.

2. Navigate to the Setup section:

   • Click on Setup from the left sidebar menu.

3. Select the Billing tab:

   • Click on Billing to access your subscription details.

     

4. View your billing cycle date:

   • Your billing cycle date (renewal date) is displayed in the Billing section. This is the date your subscription renews and your next invoice is generated.

     

5. Check your invoices:

   • Each invoice also displays the billing period and issue date, which aligns with your renewal schedule.

     

To change your billing cycle:

• Currently, OFX does not support changing your billing cycle date directly through the platform. Your renewal date is set when you start your subscription and recurs on the same date each cycle.

• If you have a specific business need to change your billing cycle, contact OFX Support for assistance. They will review your request and advise if an exception can be made.

After completing these steps:

• You will know exactly when your subscription renews and when to expect your next invoice.

• If you have contacted support, you will receive confirmation if your billing cycle can be changed or further instructions.
