InformationDetailsThe Advisor Console Clients page allows you to filter and view your clients based on their current relationship status with OFX. This makes it easy to track which clients are fully active, still onboarding, inactive, or awaiting acceptance of a managed relationship.Why is this page important?Understanding the status of each client helps you prioritise follow-ups, monitor onboarding progress, and maintain an accurate view of your managed client portfolio.Client Status DefinitionsStatusDescriptionActiveClients who have fully onboarded with OFX and have accepted the relationship to be managed by the Advisor.OnboardingClients with an approved relationship who have not yet finished onboarding. You can monitor outstanding documents or review statuses and take action to help them complete the process.
