Physical cards are produced and personalized after a card request has been approved. They are then sent to the delivery address provided during the card creation process.

Delivery Methods and Timeframes

Delivery methods and estimated arrival times vary depending on the region of the recipient.

Important Delivery Considerations

• Production Time: The delivery timeframe begins after the card has been produced and personalized, which typically occurs within 1–2 business days of approval.

• Address Accuracy: Shipping addresses must be 100% accurate. Errors or incomplete details may cause significant delivery issues or returns.

• Canada PO Boxes: For deliveries to PO Boxes in Canada, Canada Post must be used. DHL does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

• International Shipping: If a card is being sent from one region to another (e.g., an Australian-issued card sent to a UK address), the delivery timeframe may be longer than the standard 10 business days and will vary by destination.

• External Factors: Delivery times can be affected by local postal service conditions, holidays, or remote recipient locations.

If the Card Has Not Arrived
